Charles Daly Field Hunter

I saw a used charles daly field hunter pump in a gun store today for $230 and considered getting it. Does anybody have opinions on this shotgun. It shoots 3.5" shells and has a camo stock.

CD is out of business, so parts and repairs might be iffy should you need service.

For 230 bucks get it those things are built like a tank.I used to have one and I abused that gun and it still went bang when I pulled the trigger.I used it as a paddle once a hammer to bust ice kept it in the truck under a bed of snow and ice for 3 months and used it to push off stumps when we would get hung .It still shoots to this day but my brother has it.I got mine in trade for a rifle stock.They are good guns not the most agile thing out there but they work.Kinda like the hipoint of the shotgun world . Choke selection is somewhat limited on them.
