I am looking for cheap 9mm ammo. The cheaper the better! Jacketed or plain lead slug I don't care its just for punching holes in paper at minimal distances.

We have a Wal-mart 20mins away and they sell the 9mm ammo for $25 a box and are always repeat ALWAYS sold out. If a member here on THR had some for sale it would be worth my time to look into as well. I'm shooting on a College Students budget.

Cabala's has a "door buster special" on S&B 115 FMJ this Saturday.
$9.95 a box.

It's on sale for $11.99 after that.

There's a local guy who sells .38spl American Eagle and 9mm Speer for $10/box - but local for me is NYS.

According to Ammoseek.com, Mid-South Shooter's Supply has 9mm for about the same price per box... shipping, of course would push that up a bit higher.

Federal 9mm can be found for around 10/box. That's the cheapest I've seen 9mm lately.

ammunitiontogo.com is always a good place to look. I usually get federal 9mm at wal-mart for target shooting 9 to 10 bucks. But I ordered 500 rounds of Winchester Ranger Nato 9mm from ammunitiontogo for $11 per 50 rounds.

If you're looking for even cheaper brown bear or tula should work. I'd get a small amount first to see if your handgun likes it.

Thanks guys for your help! Thinking of getting a nice used press. I have a few other weapons I cant feed regularly because of ammo prices my .44Mag and my 7mm Mauser(7x57) being the worst two!

My 9mm is a Glock 26, And it eats everything, I typically just go to wall mart and just get what ever is dirt cheap. I am in the process of finishing up a few hundred rounds of Winchester White box. And I have a bulk pack of Remington UMC To start soon.....

Aim Surplus

Don't think anyone will be the Russian stiff at Aim Surplus. I'm a big fan of surplus ammo. They are having a sale on S&B now, and the BVAC is good plinking ammo.

Georgia Arms... 115gr FMJ in bulk is what I like... I think you probably have to order it on line these days and get put on back order and they make it for you. Unless they are at a gun show near you... if you get to one of these early you can snag some or the better choice is order a bulk box 500 or 1000 ahead of time and they will have it waiting for yhou.

The consistently beat even Walmart on any ammo prices, But i still buy in person and not order as they have 2 nice and large stores thats always worth visiting.
Just a pita to get waited on and some grumpy old salesmen.
