Now with pics.
I just don't know, girls seem to be very pretty with this gun, kind of like a second make up ;)
It's a very good gun.

You cant post "chicks dig it" and not post any chicks! Geez !!

I know some pretty college girls, but I'm not posting their pics with my guns. That's stuff is only for my eyes. :D

Rob1035,
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally a 92 looks like garbage. Now a Browning Hi-power is a thing of beauty. To each his own.

and to think that i clicked on this thread because i thought there was gonna be girls and gun! just shows what i hav become!:banghead:
oh well good pics anyway!

That guide rod is the main reason why I never took a seriuos thought in a purchase of a 92

holy sh**, please tell me the f***ing guide rod on my 96 is going to be metal.

Thanks Baphomet. I don't believe the full sized beretta .40 96 is going to have a f***ing piece of plastic for a guide rod. What the hell are companies smoking these days. Who the hell wants to pay 400-700$ for a pistol only to open it up and discover there's a plastic guiderod in there. OH MAN, i better not spray my gun down with powder blast or it'll EAT AWAY THE GUIDE ROD?!?! ARE YOU *****T!NG ME?!?!

Ok i'm calm now. I guess that's why the beretta is way way lighter than my 659.

Headless: No problem, but don't quote me on the... polymer... guide rod thing - await confirmation before blowing your stack completely - but yeah, I'm pretty sure if you bought yours NIB, you should expect a... uh... polymer... guide rod.

If you get steel... great! If not, at least you're prepared.

Seeing as how you can get a stainless guide rod with a recoil buffer system (a good idea anyway on a 92/96 to lengthen the life span of the gun) , for under $25 .. whats the big deal. I can't see a 25 dollar drop in part holding me back from buying a gun I wanted.

:scrutiny:

What is the big deal with a polymer guide rod? I own 4 pistols with polymer guide rods and have not had any problems

I don't get it neither 5 glocks and this 92fs never had a problem with the guide rod. the number of jams of these 6 polymer guide rods gun are still not comparable to other steel gun with full length guide ruide :p

I like my plastic guide rod. It will stay.

Ya know, for a few weeks now, I've been sitting on the fence about whether or not to buy a 92F from CDNN. Seeing your pictures finally pushed me over.

Damn you for making me $430 poorer.....
