CHL in Texas

Im 19 right now but i am about to turn 20 in August. I heard that you have a year after you take your CHL class to turn in your paper work. Can i take the course as soon as i turn 20 and turn my paper work in when i turn 21 that way i can have it sooner, or do i have to wait until im 21 to take the course?

i don't think you have a whole year to turn it in. but i seem to recall that you can take it some time before you are 21 and turn it in when you are.
