I'd like to try Lambs Tallow instead of Crisco for my 50/50 beeswax for wads., The wads go rancid in the Florida heat over the summer months stored in the garage.
Not a big item in Rhode Island though and I hate paying the freight, Next year when I re-order the felt I'll se if Duro has it.

I was asking how to help keep my bp rifle running shot after shot. I also wondered how the boys back in the day did it. So both new and old suggestions fit the parameters of the OP. Thanks to all that have responded. I have several new ideas to try
