It sounds like you already have experience with CNC.
http://www.cncguns.com has some in-process pictures of his AR lower builds. They have all of the files and drawings needed to cut an AR-10 lower from a block of 7075 (so they say). His files can be downloaded for free.
I plan on making my first CNC machine sometime this year, but I don't plan on making its tolerances tight enough to mill out a lower. Maybe on my next CNC build.
