What is the best 9mm ammo to fire through my MAC 11 SMG? I have had issues in the past with some ammo types (i.e. Aluminum Shells) causing jamming or slow firing rates. Looking for best brand and type of 9mm shells at the most reasonable pricing!
Thx,
Greg

I always ran American Eagle or Winchester white box stuff through my Max11 and never had a problem. Same with the original upper.

Any FMJ brass cased ammo you can get in bulk. I have run reloads and lead through mine with no major issues but I wouldn't do it again.

Slow firing rates?? Some would argue the slower the better when it usually runs at around 1200 RPM. :D

As has been said, any FMJ brass rounds will do. I usually run GA Arms 115, 124 or 147 gr. FMJ's thru my MAX-11.

I think it's not recommended to use the Remington UMC since it's sometimes under powered & can cause runaways.

I run 3.1 of VV310 or 3.2 of titegroup using berry's plated 147's in my suppressed M10 9. Cheap and quite.

I heard that yellow box UMC doesn't lock back an UZI, but is Green box the same? I'm going to run a 100 rounds of UMC through a Glock 19 soon...hope it works fine..
