Colt or kimber?

I have a Colt 1911 series 70 that had to be tricked out to feed reliable ammo other than ball, and eject with out a problem. I have a Kimber Ultra Carry 2 that has these same refinements from the factory. I would have bought a Colt but they were on back order. The Kimber is a fine piece of work, and I am satisfied that I got the best bang for my $$.
