Does anybody know how to take a Colt pony .380 magazine apart? I would like to clean it but I can't figure it out.

Yes..

push the follower down a few inch's and slide a penny nail through the witness holes to hold the spring slightly compressed.

Then lift out the follower, rolling it slightly forward. put you thumb over the top of mag and take the nail out to release the spring.

Put it back togeter in the same order.

Take a look at a complete spring kit from wolff (www.gunssprings.com) get the extra power recoil and firing pin spring and the reduced power hammer spring, for less than $20.00 this will reduce the trigger pull to a smooth and managable 8-10lbs, down from the current 15-20 :what:
you will not believe the difference in the gun.
I also like to replace the plastic guid rod with a metal one. you can get a stainless rod on e-bay from the company that makes them for DRC custom. do a serch for colt pony on e-bay.

It feals like a $100.00+ trigger job when you replace the hammer spring. for me it also completely elimated trigger pinch.
