Commander Frame

I am looking for a commander frame that I can marry to a pre series 70 stamping combat commander upper.... anyone with any sugesstions or trades

You can use most any 1911 frame, but would need to shorten the rails approx. 5/16" from full size and taper the ends of the rail in order to get the slide to pass fully over the disconnector. An extended ejector will be needed too.
