Comments on Crossbreed SuperTuck (looking for info)

I am looking at the Crossbreed SuperTuck as an option for CCW for my 4" XD 45. I am using an uncle mikes POS IWB holster (size 15) as a temporary for now, but I am looking for the right holster for me. Since I cant go around and try these on, I need as much info as I can get from people who have used it themselves rather than testimonials and advertisements. I have a stainless slide on my XD and id strongly prefer to keep it from coming in direct contact with my skin as much as possible and this holsters' backing would seem to fit the bill. Looking for comments/thoughts/gripes (aside from the ludicrous 8-10+ weeks to receive it). I'm a big guy, 6'4" 310, little bit of a belly but the weight carries fairly well overall. I can conceal this weapon in the uncle mikes no problem, its just not as comfortable as id like.

Alternative suggestions are also welcomed, but ive been looking around for a while and a lot of XD owners have been happy with crossbreed products which makes me lean in that direction as the best place to start. Any info welcomed.

I received my Crossbreed Supertuck 3 weeks ago, when I opened the package the holster came in, I was upset! I can't believe I waited over a month for this....thing.:banghead: It looked way too crappy to work. :banghead: I tried it on with my XD-9 sub compact and was blown away! This is the most comfortable holster I've even worn. 9 hours is the longest I've worn it and with the right pistol you may even forget your strapped. In fact I will be placing an order for two more holsters for my two other pistols.

Cool, thanks for the reply. Glad to hear it is working out well.
I am hearing good things about comfort from crossbreed, and they did just redesign the holster with heavier duty parts. I really am just put off by the amount of time it takes them to get the holsters shipped though. I may yet go for it for the XD, and the glock 19 that walked home with me 2 days ago.... =D
I love the XD45 and the glock 19 both for different reasons, and both of them shoot perfectly for me.

I bought the standard Crossbreed for my PM9.

I was like the other gentleman. It sure didn't look like much. Then I wore it for a few days and it is simply the most comfortable IWB I've ever worn. I've just recently ordered a Supertuck. It's such a minimal holster. The Kydex and leather pad don't add much to the thickness of the gun, and the wide leather pad really shields you and keeps you comfortable.
