fireman, that's my preferred walking in the woods rifle myself, the CZ 527M 7.6x39mm that a gunsmith modified for me into the CSR. Fantastic little carbine, it is.
UD, sorry, it seems to be the only full size 527 that doesn't come in .17!

It's my go to woods gun as well armoredman. I just like shooting more quiet rounds when possible. I have taken 3 whitetail with mine now, it's a dream in the woods. They seem to be a pretty well kept secret.
