I would like to get an accurate, light rifle as a walk around warmint and for plinking into a 300-yard range. I would get
CZ 527 or Browning X-bolt. It is said that CZ is going to switch to 1:9 twist next year (which is positive for me), but they lack the synthetic stock that I want. Browning Hunter has a very good stock, but the twist will remain 1:12 for lighter loads. Can anyone compare X-bolt and 527? Is X-bolt as accurate as 527? Do they take 5.56 rounds OK?
TIA
