Compact scope question.

I'm looking for a useable compact scope for my FN-FAL Hog gun, I ran across this one on Gunbroker. Does anybody recognize it?
GB don't even list a brand or manufacturer name. I wonder about the quality.

No idea, but here's the one I use on my AK (http://www.sightmarkonline.com/product/SM13013), and it has proven to be a good investment. The optics are quite clear, it holds zero consistently, and has held up well. I got it principally because it was compact and I needed no more than 4x magnification.Glad I did.

With todays ammo prices it's false economy to buy a cheap "no name" scope.

It might work fine.
But if it doesn't, you will rather quickly burn up more then you saved trying to sight it in.

Not to mention the aggravation of fighting with it.
And loss of confidence in your own shooting ability.

A high quality brand name scope is a once in a lifetime investment that you know is gonna work right, and stay right for a very long time.

You can buy a used Leupold M8 4x for about $100. NEVER buy cheap Chinese optics.

Man, that things screams NcStar or something.

As was mentioned, Leupy and even Nikon have rather nice 4Xs for around $100.
