I carried a Wilson as my duty pistol as an LEO, including the pretty lengthy block of instruction in my police academy, so I ran it hard enough to have some limited need for CS on an extremely well built pistol in the first place. When I had one mag spring stat acting up, I contacted Wilson and they sent me new springs and internals for all the magazines the pistol came with when I bought it, at no charge.

I have to add Burris to my list... today I got a package back from them. I sent my non-functioning, purchased second-hand, out of warranty Fastfire II to them for inspection/repair and they shipped back my original box, picatinny mount, screws, etc. with a note that they're replacing the sight with a new one, shipping separately.

THAT is how you do business. For little out of pocket cost, they're getting a lot of good word of mouth on several prominent gun forums and youtube. I wish more companies understood this concept.

Way to go, Burris! You have a customer for life.
