I'm in the tall and lanky crowd. 5'11" and 195, but I have just switched to carrying my CZ-75B full time. I have a Blackhawk, in the waist holster and usually keep a spare mag in a pocket (I know it's a no-no but I clean it regularly and get the lint out). I used to carry the Sig SP2022 but switched over after my last trip to the range (put up way better stuff with the CZ than anything else).
Even for a full size pistol the CZ is easy to conceal, due to it's slim frame. In spite of it being longer than the Sig it's also a big slimmer, and the extra weight doesn't bother me. If you're going to go full size I would recommend something that's either a single stack (1911) or is a slim double stack (CZ-75), part of it just depends on where you wear it as well. As far as wardrobe goes I find that a big button-up shirt, untucked is the way to go. Gives you some wiggle room in terms of movement.
