Constitutional Carry (State not Federal Law)

Not having read through each of the states constitutional carry laws, it seems that those states that have constitutional carry only allow their residents to carry without permit
11 of the 14 "constitutional carry" states allow anyone who can legally own a firearm to carry it concealed or open. Doesn't matter if that person is a resident or not. Idaho, North Dakota and Wyoming are the only ones that limit it to residents.

Bearcreek, I clicked "like" for your post because I think it's informative. I didn't click "like" because I like that Idaho (my state) limits its so called "constitutional carry" to Idaho residents only.:)

i don't know for a fact but Missouri you have to be resident to buy a gun here. I just bought my 4th gun this year and they ask you if you have a drivers license with a current address.

That's possible I suppose, although to be honest I kind of doubt that MO limits long gun sales to residents. Federal law limits handgun sales to residents. None of that matters though as far as the subject of this thread. Anyone who can legally own a firearm (not necessarily buy one in MO), can legally carry it there without a permit.
