Convert a Grey Hawk (Thompson) to 209?

Hi folks,
Brand newbie, and I appreciate any and all help. I BP'd hunted 15 years ago with a Hawkin. Loved it, and now I have started up again and purchased a Grey Hawk from a friend and it uses #11 percussion caps; hate it. Is there any way to convert to 209 primers?

I check at the local sportings good store and the guy said not for my gun, but I figured I'd widen my survey pool a bit. Thanks in advance.
