I pre-prep all my brass, so it is sized and primed all ready to go.

This idea I have, for the Lee Classic four hole turret.

Runing two pro powder measures and two seating dies in the press--every two pulls you would have a completed round when seating and crimping with the same die.
Am I going goofy??:D

Yeah, cuz for a little more, you could buy a Pro 1000 and accessories, instead of buying a second powder measure, riser, and a redundant flaring and seating die for each caliber.

Then you can have a case feeder and get 1 round with every single pull of the handle without inserting or removing each case. And by presizing and priming, you bypass the loss of feel and the jinky primer system of the Pro 1000.

Thinking outside the box is not goofy...if it works.

I resize and deprime mine outside on the patio, but I haven't been pre-priming them on the single stage I use for prepping cases, I would have to pre-prime off press---no go for me.

I shoot and reload a lot of 9mm, and it does sound tempting to try if I had a second turret to use for prepping cases instead of the reloader press I'm using. I prefer the "dirty work" being on the patio. My turret press just doesn't get cruddy for thousands of 9mm.
I have the Pro and the old style disc sytem that it replaced., with one more PTS die.........

Naaaahhh. Not in my case.

I'd like to hear how yours worked though.

Running two powder measures and two seating dies, I don't see how you have room to size and seprime two cases at the same time. So I don't see how after only two pulls you would have a completed round.

Get a progressive and you will be 1 for 1 once the shell plate is full.

Is there even enough room to fit two powder measures side by side on the tool head?
