I just did the break down, and its not even bulk pricing. This is for Winchester brass, CCI primers, but Remington and Winchester are more or less the same price, 32 gr. Hornady V-Max bullets, and a generic price for powder on the higher side.

Cost per round = $0.95 + tax

100 brass cases @ $20 x 2 = $40
100 bullets @ $16 x 2 = $36
100 primers @ $4 x 2 = $8
1lb powder* @ $20 = $20
Total cost per 200 rounds = $104+/-
Cost per round = $0.52
Cost of each subsequent loading of 200 rounds (average 3-6 reloads before needing new brass)
100 bullets @ $16 x 2 = $36

Cost per round = $0.32
Average cost per round over life of brass:
-1st loading and 2 reloads = $0.385
-1st loading and 3 reloads = $0.37

*1lb = 7000 grains. 30 grains per round = 233 rounds per lb
