Could you recommend a front night sight for the AR15 and FAL?

Looking for a good front sight post tritium night sight for my AR15 and FAL.

What would you guys recommend? Any links?

Also, how long can I expect the sight to be good for? 5 years?

If you really want one Trijicon makes a front sight post with tritium insert for the AR.

In my experience you would be better off with an optic.

I re-tapped the iron sight base for my Mechtech CCU to take the XS 24/7 AR-15 tritium sight. It is a very good sight, in my opinion. Easy to see both day and night.
