My Dillon 550B didn't come with the springs 14036 which appear to aid in closing the powder measure (see below). If fact, the directions which came with it don't even show them. Is this something new?

Also I can't seem to find the pin 13921 which goes on the smaller powder measure. What is this?

Thanks

Are for the old style powder measure. The new style uses the press to pull the powder measure closed when the ram goes down. Much better system but harder to take apart.

You will notice that the smaller measure bar is for pistol the larger is for rifles.
the pin goes in a spacer bar that makes up the diff in the powder measure.

You will notice that the powder measure has a large hole for the bar to go in.

Rereading this it sounds very confusing. Sorry about that.

Yup. If your 20319 is a double plate, then you don't need the spring.

The white plastic piece is full of magic and makes the small powder slide immune to evil curses. Handle with care.

Hope this helps!
