Crimson Trace LG-405 Grips: Opinions? Worth the $$$?

I carry a S&W 340 Sc (12 oz .357 magnum). I'd like to put a set of Crimson Trace LG-405's on them (instead of the hard LG-205's on there now). But before I plunck down over $200 for them I'd like to get feedback from anyone here who's tried them--are they worth the money over the 205's I have on there now?

FWIW, I started a group buy thread for LG-405's a while back, so if you're interested put a post up there, too.
