Among my Dad’s Stuff when he passed there was a Box for a Crossman 66 Powermaster.
thinking “eh, not a Daisy” I tossed it into a closet pretty much in looked at.
Today cleaning out that closet I un boxed the 66. It is adult sized. Plastic Faux brown wood with some pressed in checkering with black forearm tip and buttplate with white line.
So I googled to find an Operator manual and found there were several different models by years.
only problem every manual shows a 66 Powermaster as having a clip to feed pellets in addition to its BB feed.
not only does Dad’s gun have no clip, it has no place to insert one.
now in small letters on the back side it says “MODEL 66-A” and has images of a Diablo pellet and a BB.
Google fails me when I change 66 to 66-A.
the out side if the box claims “Easy-pump power - to 720 FPS” while the manuals list the highest velocity as 680 FPS with a steel BB.
what the heck over?
sorry about lighting, best I can do at the moment
Of course it had to be upside down!
