Current ATF turnaround time?

I submitted some Form 1s by mail today to the ATF.

WHat is the current average turnaround time for the ATF? I'm sure they are backed up a few months, but has anyone got a returned tax stamp from them recently?

Form 4 turn around time for me was not that bad

check cashed 2/19
Approved 5/12

Of course that was for a trust so I did not have to wait on the fingerprint card.

I do not know how long it took before Obama.

In early 2007 I had an exact one month turnaround time for my first Class 3 firearm. In late 2007 it was more like two months for my 2nd Class 3. I don't have a trust so I went the individual route....

It depends. Should be less than four months, most are averaging 3-4 months.

It's a long thread, but if you search through it you can get a pretty good idea what current times are.

My paperwork got mailed 43 days ago. I plan on having a little bit more of a wait.
