I just got off the phone with Nfa branch. My form 4 was approved june 7th! I mailed the packet out on the day of infamy,dec 7th 2011, went pending dec 28th. And approved june 7th. Now just waiting for the stamp in mail. Guess ill be going to the range this weekend with my 45 osprey on the end of my hk usp ct!

Smart money says you'll be grinning from ear to ear by the second shot. Bring plenty of ammo!

To get more out of my Osprey 45, I got an extra 9mm 1/2x28 piston and a Lone Wolf threaded barrel for my Glock 17L -- maybe not "optimum" but still plenty quiet enough to shoot without earpro using 147gr FMJ ammo.
 
So picked up my 45 Osprey last night, and promptly went to the local indoor range. Put in some wire pulling gel... and it was much quieter than I thought it would be. Ive had farts louder than this 45 going off! Im still smiling from the experience! I put a 100 rounds through it, and im happy I only brought 100 with me, because I probably would dumped my whole stash through it! Awesome. The wet carbon water spatter blowback is some getting used to, but small price to pay. I have the sickness, I need to collect some more stamps!
 
Form 3 is under a month. Dealer has my can. Now I'm just waiting for the Sheriff to sign my Form 4s. Then I get to further develop my skills of patience.
 
Two months and change in and still waiting on my form 4:rolleyes: oh well It give me time to reload I guess.

Definitely worth the wait. Gave me time to build two more uppers for it!
 
My individual Form 4 for an AAC Pilot 2 was mailed within days of Quickdraw's and also went Pending on April 11th. Since his post, I have been bouncing up and down every single day that I go to the mailbox. Hopefully today!!

I just came home with a Savage FV-SR yesterday and an M&P22 a few weeks ago, so I have a couple of new hosts ready to go and squirrel season is open - I can't wait!
