I know the comments left on their board can be when it comes to defending the bad guy.

He just had a baby and he's in school. --- He was at neither when this happened.

God doesn't like 'ungly'---whatever the heck that is... well, Ugly would be preying on the innocent, robbing from others, and disregarding their life by threatening them with a gun.

For all on there who say they knew him well enough to stick up for him on a internet comment board should then have known what life decisions he was making and maybe could have helped him get on a better track.

Couple o' quibbles

Seriously now, I think the issue is that humanity's hard-won Boundaries at Law, concerning our Person, and our Property, have become very muddled and confused.

I consider myself part of humanity, I'm sure most here also do, I'm not confused nor muddled. I know right from wrong. It's not a hard thing to do. Good won this round over evil. Mr. Baxter hopefully will undertake some serious training regimen to steady his poa and nerves. May God Bless and keep him in the palm of his hand.

2) Another reason to treasure my Glock17 and all it's clips. Because I really don't know how it feels to be in a CQ gun fight.

3) Another blow to the anti arguments of how innocent bystanders would be victims of concealed carry engagements.

Since when does armed robbery and attempted (and essentially outright premeditated) murder fall into the realm of "stupid mistake" by ANY stretch of the imagination. I guess this guy thinks everyone should get 1 free pass, with no punishment for murder, rape, child abuse, etc? after all, it could just be that persons first "stupid mistake". A couple of the commentors are just plain :banghead:.

Good job on the customer's part, IMHO. Totally right, legal, appropriate and justified.
