CX4 Storm question

I recently bought a cx4 storm and everytime i shoot it after a couple shots it jams up. Sometime the empty shell won't eject and another bullet will go in the chamber, and sometimes 2 bullets at a time go in the chamber. Anyway i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and knows why it does this. Also i wanted to get a higher clip than 20 for it but i live in Maryland, is it illegal to buy one out of state or can you order them through a gun store, i heard from somone that you could.

I would try a different magazine and a different brand of ammo as my first attempt to solve the problem.

I believe MD has a 20 round limit. Sorry.

check the extractor claw for damage. it happened to mine, and beretta gave me 2 new ones no charge...

You can buy 20+ mags from out of state at gun stores or (more likely) gun shows.
