CZ 40P Replacement Bushings/Spacers Now Available.

B.I.L. and I finally got the time to machine replacement bushings/spacers for the CZ 40P. They turned out great. We tested one today, and they work great. They are made from Black Delrin. This material proved to be harder and more durable than the factory white plastic.

The one on the left is after 100 rounds of Winchester Value Pack ammo. The one on the right is a new one.

Also please note. If you are using Wolff Springs in the gun. The inside diameter of the bushing/spacer needs to be made a little larger. Please let us know if you need this done.

I was at the initial trial and error shoot last night and the bushings ran 100%. It improved the accuracy and reduced the recoil of the gun by at least 50000000000%
Ok......it didnt but they still work very very well................
You guys need to buy these things from 12 Volt, that way he can have money for a B-Day present for ME! LOL

I might have kept my 40P had I known of your replacements.

When I stripped my new 40P and saw that stupid bushing, I called cz-usa to get some replacements. None were available, nor anticipated, so I traded the NIB gun the next day towards a Kahr PM9.
