Here come the questions:

I am going to get a CZ75B either full or compact !! I really like the way the compact feels in my hand. I did a search and some reading. Anything else I need to know with the compact verus full size? I am thinking compact even if it is a little more money then the full size for carry reasons mostly. I am a little concerned about the difference in frames is that an issue (alum, steel)?
Can you put the 22 conversion on the Compact model??

I have both the 75B and the 75 Compact and like them both. However, I do shoot the Compact better than the B. The 75 Compact has a steel frame, not aluminum. The other cZ compacts have aluminum frames, so you will have to decide if you want a decocker or safety. The 75B magazines fit and function in the 75 Compact, but they do protrude from the butt. I use my Kadet Kit on both the 75B and the 75 Compact.

It's been awhile since I looked into this, but I thought the limitation for the PCR (or one of the CZ compacts) and the Kadet had to do with the slide stop. Something about the Kadet slide stop not working and having to use a different one? I apologize, it's been awhile, but there was something along that line preventing it from working correctly as stock but could be used in a non-permanently modified fashion.

Pretty sure you cannot put the kit on the PCR.

The Kadet Kit works fine on the PCR. I use mine on it sometimes and enjoy it because my PCR trigger is a bit lighter and crisper than my 75B.

The Kadet Kit works on the Compact steel frame AND compact alloy framed guns like the PCR and P-01. The Kadet magazine will protrude slightly out of the grip but it works great.
