After shooting and research, I've decided to acquire a cz-75B. I just have a few questions regarding custom work to the 75B:

How can I upgrade a cz that doesn't have a drop free mag release to get a drop free mag release like the 85 combat has?

How can I upgrade the 75B to have the trigger perform like there was no fire pin block? Is it possible to get the trigger to perform like a cz-75 trigger?

Are magazine release extensions available for the cz-75B? Is the mag release on the combat interchangeable with the 75B?

Thanks in advance.

I have a standard CZ 75B

There's a replacement part shaped differently
or some DIYs have bent the stock part for the
mag to drop freely

Try a search for CZ Custom Shop - Angus
and his gang can do custom work, tuning the
trigger, and all that

I'm happy with my stocker, uberr reliable & accurate
it's my first DA/SA semi-auto I have 3 1911s and
some revolvers 75B DA pull is shorter than my N frame
625 .45 ACP

I believe the cz 75b's sold new today come with a drop free mag but if your isn't than you can just bend the mag brake or buy a drop free mag break from CZ custom.

The 75b has the firing pin block and lifter. You can just remove the firing pin block and grind the lifter so it just becomes a spacer or purchase a pre b sear and remove the lifter, CZC and CGW also sell spacers that you can use in place of the lifter.

As far as mag releases go it depends on which one your cz 75b has. There are 2 styles; the D release and the O. If you have the D then there is extended options available but I don't think there is any for the O style. D's and O's aren't interchangeable.

Roger That, Mine works fine in stock form, realize that the trigger pull on a CZ will lighten up a bit with use
