cz-cbob 10mm question

i just bought a cbob used in 10mm, when i shot it today i had a light firing pin strike in the first few rounds. i checked the firing pin and the spring was so strong you could hardly push it in, i cut off the spring 1/4 coil at a time and with one full coil off it felt like my kimber 10mm. it worked perfect and dented the primers as much as the kimber from then on. anyone else had this problem with a cz cbob.? also i thought the berrel was ramped on these. mines not, anybody know why? i bought this from a guy that bought it new,
