Just had my first short time range session with my new CZ-P10 C …impressed… with the feel, … the trigger and the overall quality of this pistol
Probably my best polymer striker fired pistol , that I have fired … this thing just screams quality
Being it has no optic cut .. meant I acquired this pistol at a ridiculously low price … my suggestion… buy one …or two
I ran my normal 124gr NATO for break in . felt like 115gr range stuff .. sad thing only 50rds being I was in a crazy hurry and had a business appointment and didn’t want to get to sweaty 🥵
Maybe next week .. I will run it through its paces ..I have another Dagger slide rolling in … anyway

Welcome to the addiCZion. We like the P-10 series so much that I carry a P-10C FDE, Da Boy carries a P-10S OG, and the wife carries a P-10M. She actually shoots that little CZ better than she did our issued Glock 19s.

Not a fanboy of striker-fireds here, but maybe of CZs.
So good I bought three in two months or less.
Caught a sale on a 75b Omega (I used to carry a PCR, sad I sold it, didn't have a full-size and carried a Ruger SR9c). Then the next sale on a P10C. Liked that so much--but found it a little large for me to carry--that I went right back and nabbed a P10S.
Threw a NDZ angled baseplate on the magazine, and carrying it is... *chef's kiss*.
I might even get myself a fourth, once I can convince myself I'm ready for an optic-ready one.

I had a P10-C, gave it to my dad. I liked the feel and enjoyed it, but I never shot it as well as most of my other similar pistols.
I did a little tinkering with mine, but besides my Canik and Mc9 i dont think ive shot another striker with a trigger i liked quite as well stock.

My P-10 C is my favorite poly striker gun, it fits in G19 holsters, shoots great. Mine is the "old" optic cut, U.S made version with the shorter sights. I don't like the new co-witness height at all. That said, I haven't found a reason to use an optic on it as it just shoots so well as is.

I love the P-10 S as well, great little gun.

The P-10S is a "subcompact pistol" that shoots like a much bigger gun - sample size of two, and they both are wicked accurate.

I really drooled over the 10C when they were coming out, thought they’d be the perfect Glock killer for me.

But it … wasn’t. Very nice gun but wasn’t better, enough, to kick me off of Glocks and all the trigger time, mags and holsters I already have.

At the prices they are going for these days though, man a great deal for a good gun. If I was still in the buying new guns for fun and not on the selling the few I don’t use anymore and thinking about upgrading, I’d get one for sure.

I had my slide cut for the optic, works beautifully. It's the perfect height to clear my suppressor and still able to use the sights in a pinch.View attachment 1171585
Did they correct the suppressor issue with the P10C's? Mine was a single shot with the suppressor on the gun for the first couple of hundred rounds, and then it was sort of reliable after that. Gun worked fine without the suppressor on it though.

I put a CGW steel guide rod and got their spring tuning kit with it. I have the middle spring in it and it's 100%

So many strikers fired pistols have problems with suppressors .. Glock are notorious with problems with suppressors.. so many variables are to be considered with suppressors.. optics ? Slide cuts ? Pressure of ammo ?, weight of bullets ? type and brands of suppressors ? so on a so forth …

I have a number of Glocks, of various barrel lengths that have threaded barrels and they all have always run fine with a suppressor mounted.

I kind of went into the P10C (mine was a factory set up gun that came with a threaded barrel and suppressor sights) with a little bit of forwarning, as I had seen it mentioned by a couple of people, but it was a pretty good deal and kind of hard to turn down, so I figured Id try it out. As I said, it ran fine without the suppressor on there, but was basically a single shot for a couple of hundred rounds.

There are/were a number of videos on YouTube showing exactly what I ran into. The difference between the CZ and the Glocks was kind of obvious at the barrel hood where they locked up. The Glocks had a little more relief/bevel there, where the CZ had less of it. Probably more of a fitment thing than anything else and the CZ needed to wear in. It did get better after a couple of hundred rounds, but still never ran reliably with a suppressor mounted while I had it.

I saw mavracer's gun and was just wondering if they had got it straightened out or not.

armoredman,
can you elaborate a bit on your thoughts on these three (and maybe your family member's thoughts as well)? Especially the C vs. S.

I'm a big CZ fan, have only tried one polymer pistol (HK) and didn't like it at all though I do see the potential benefits of polymer in a carry gun, and have thought about getting either a C or S, especially at the prices we've been seeing lately....

A few videos I made over the years to get you started.

I haven't had the chance to do a video with the M, life got in the way.

The S really shoots like it's a much bigger pistol, quite accurate and reliable. As for the C, well, I never liked striker fired polymer pistols either, despite having to qualify with the Glock 19 for 21 years now, (Expert or Distinguished Expert), I pretty much stayed with hammer fired alloy frame with the CZ P-01, then to poly frame hammer fired, the SP-01 Phantom...until I actually handled the P-10C. The grip angle and grip itself just fit, very well indeed. Once I tried one, I had to have one, and as they say, the rest is history. I still carry my 2017 FDE P-10C, in fact I shot it on the range just a few hours ago.

The wife really likes her P-10M due to the extremely simple controls and natural pointing for her. She shoots that little micro gun better than when she was also qualifying with the G-19.

Da Boy got a P-10S for his birthday a few years ago and is a wizard with it. He usually refuses to shoot any closer than 25 yards, says it's "cheating".

He had shot my sidearms before, but this was his first pistol, and he beats it up every time we take it out.

We like our little CZ olymer striker fired pistols, for certain.

Not a day goes by with at least 3 calls by potential customers asking if any new or used C10’s have come in.

Odd,
Cause the shop I go to is gonna stop carrying the P10 pistols. They sell every shadow 2 in a manner of days but the plastic collects dust.

I've got over 2 dozen CZ pistols, I have no intention on buying a P10.

Not odd at all, gun markets around the US are very diverse. It's your contrary / and snide response aimed at some sort of shaming attempt that is odd here.

I am a CZ polymer gun enthusiast, but haven't embraced the P-10 because I don't like the idea of a trigger dingus or having to pull the trigger for takedown. But I've been trying to get SWMBO to the range more often, maybe a P-10 would encourage her?

Yep, I said it twice. She never ever carried a pistol off duty in her life before swapping vows with me. Now she has the little P-10M, and really likes it. One thing is not usually known, is the internals of the M and the other P-10s are NOT the same.
BTW, next time we visit East Texas, maybe we should swing buy and let her try it out?

I have had a Glock 19 and 17 1st Gen. and those did not point well for me, I guess Glock is working on that? Point shooting is one of my favorite drills and the those Glocks failed for me.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwC4RL-FpDE Just for fun.
So the Glocks that I have had did not point well at all, doesn't mean I don't like them but those guns were not for me.
