CZ Sharp-tail Experience?

Looking to buy a sxs 12 gauge coach gun. It will be shot quite a bit. So, looking for durability over price. I see some Sharp-tail's available for about $800.

Is this CZ new style coach gun with coil springs? Anyone using these for cowboy shoots?

It is internal hammer and dingle trigger which is fine by me.

Any thoughts?

I’m partial to dingle triggers myself. Dingle triggers make a statement about who you are, a person of subtle refinement and exquisite taste. To each his own, if I was looking for a SxS that would see heavy use my floor price would be $2k on a new one.

When the Sharptail came out it looked like it was designed with cowboy shooters in mind. I handled one in a local store. Heavier than I thought. More like a BSS than an SKB.

I don't know anyone who has one. Longhunter Shooting Supply is selling them with action work performed.
