I had an issue with the stock rear sight on my CZ-52, shot low and to the left.
This worked for me:
I bought a Bersa Thunder 380 rear sight: sight, blade, spring and screw. Took out the CZ 52 sight. Installed the Bersa sight after some filing. Make sure you put the set screw in the Bersa sight before you tap it into the CZ, the Bersa metal is soft. Your elevation should be just about right, and with this set up you can play with the windage.
