So I got my new 6.8 upper assembly from Daniel defense. Took the 4 x 14 leupold scope off my old AR. Used a laser bore sighter the night before and off to the range the next morning, took it over to the fifty yard range to get her zeroed in and sure enough the darn scope mount is to damn high. Cranked up as far as the sight will go I'm still 6" off. Now I got to shell out for a new scope mount. Rifle was superbly accurate as long as I compensated for it. I was always taught to aim high in life but I don't think this is what they meant.
