I think regardless of political stance, if you give someone an AK at a range and show them how to use it they are going to have a good time.

Well maybe not EVERYONE.

Is Jon Stewart known to be anti-RKBA, or is that just an assumption because he is a "Hollywood Type"?
He's very leftist in many of the views that he expresses on his show. I beleive that the anti-rkba is a well based assumption. There may be some actual evidence, but as far as I know, it is all based on his leftist stance on other issues, not because he is a "Hollywood type".

BTW, Hollywood is in California. New York City is not in California. Actors are usually classified as either "New York" actors or "Hollywood" actors, because those are the two areas where most film and television productions are run in the US. It matters in film circles, but for the purposes of this discussion, the New York film industry is just as socialist as the Hollywood film industry.

Didn't Stewart say it's a "custom" of the show's "correspondent" Rob Riggle (a Marine) to take everyone to the range? That's what I heard. If that's a fact then he's probably changing many television liberal's minds about firearms. Let's hope he's teaching them the four rules and good range discipline.

Yes, that was the beginning of the discussion. I really hope that he can be a face for the 2nd amendment in the entertainment industry.
