Next Saturday September 24th at 8am we will be doing a clean up on the upper shooting pit on 435th Ave up in Darrington Washington.
If any one on here that is local can would like to help out please let me know.
It should only take a couple of hours to get it totally clean
    I will provide refreshments.
The DNR will have the gate upon by the electric substation for easy access.

Any one not local that would like to help out I am selling 9mm and 40cal brass to help cover the cost of the dump fees.
    $50 a thousand and $15 for shipping.
I have probably 5,000 of each.

I'd be interested if it was closer to Spokane

Our shooting pit clean up will begin here in a couple of hours. It's going to be a nice enjoyable morning. I'll do a write up about it later today.

The shooting pit clean up went very well. We had a bunch of volunteers that helped out on the clean up. We did a clean up on the lower pit last month. There was one spot down there that needed to be cleaned up and we got that done. Then we proceeded to clean up the upper pit.
It took about 5 hours to get it completely clean. There was a whole lot of Steel rifle and pistol cases .
We hauled out just under a half a ton of trash on Saturday.
I hauled the trash to the local transfer station on Sunday.
It cost $49 to dump it.

We did some shooting afterwards for a couple of hours.
It will make it easier to keep it clean now that it is completely clean.
A big thank you to every one who participated in the clean up.
With out you the clean up would not of taken place.
A big thank you to Bruse fom the south end for his help on the clean up and he donated $40 to help out on the tipping fee for the trash.
