Date on a Schrade

I picked up a Schrade Old Timer 60T lockback at one of the local pawn shops. USA made. Is there a way to date this knife? There is a + after the e in Schrade on the blade.

It doesn't look to have been sharpened, just tarnished really bad. $15 out the door.

What sort of nail nick?

What sort of scales?

Bolster?

Tang stamps (front and back)? SCHRADE with the model on the same side or opposite? Is it SCHRADE NY or just SCHRADE?

The + indicates a stainless blade.

Date or no date, if it's a USA Schrade I'd buy it for 15 bucks...
