Dealer price.........Sig P226R Stainless

I have just about made up my mind to go ahead and purchase a Sig P226R Stainless pistol. A friend of mine said that in one of his Bill Hicks & Co. flyers, it shows the price is $689 for the regular model and $809 for the model with night sights. I didn't know if this is a true representation of the true dealer cost or if they are somewhat cheaper form one of the other wholesalers. The reason that I ask is that my friend is mostly a "kitchen top" dealer and doesn't have all of the wholesale catalogs to find the cheapest price. I thought that the prices seemed a little high because some of the retailers on the net have them for not much more. Thanks for any comments back.

is highly recommended on SIGforum as having some of the best prices available.

Out in San Diego gun shops just raised prices a few months ago by about $80 per unit. Sigs are going for $780 - $890 for the classic P-Series like the P226. Stainless are priced a bit higher!
