Well thats not including shipping or the FFL transfer, so thats like $250 all together. I don't look at a lot of AR-15s lowers online but I am probably going to pick up a completed stag lower for $180 in the near future. It doesn't have the stock, though.

Does anyone know if these complete lowers are actually built by Stag or does Del-ton buy stripped Stag lowers and installs a no name lower parts kit?

Del-Ton has stripped flat top uppers for $75 and bolt/carrier groups for $95 according to their most recent email to me. Sale ends Jan 30th.

I can't confirm the quality of gas key staking though. I need to invest in a MOACKS.

www.colemantyler.com has the DPMS lower for $189.50.
add on a complete upper for $415.87 makes a complete rifle for $605.37

or you can get a complete DPMS rifle kit for $473.21 and a DPMS lower receiver for $97.20 for a complete rifle for $570.41

Of course you are going to have to pay a few dollars for FFL transfer on the lower, S+H and tax, but those prices sound like a heck of a deal. Less than half of what I paid for a civilian Colt M-4, not counting all of the parts and smithing to get the civilian crap "militarized".

My question re. Del-Ton is who is making their parts? What barrel, BC assy, bolt, etc. Parts is parts is not my favorite AR building motto.
