Looking at getting a pocket holster for my SW Bodyguard .380.

I was thinking about a DeSantis Superfly, however I've heard from some that it was too bulky, not perfectly fitted and not sticky enough to stay in the pocket.

Someone said they switched to the Galco Horsehide holster because it was considerably thinner, which would be important to me. Also, would the horsehide holster be "sticky" enough to stay in the pocket?

What do you think?

I have a Galco horsehide leather IWB a 38 revolver. Picked it up at a sale somewhere. It sticks quite well in the pocket and is plenty thin.

It replaced a Desantis Nemisis. I prefer the Galco.

I did the exact opposite from ir3e971. I replaced the galco with a nemesis for my s&w438 and have been using it now for years. The galco really looked like a gun in my pocket. Admittedly this is with a j frame as opposed to a pocket auto so it might not apply to you at all.

FWIW, I am trying a uncle mikes pocket holster with my LCP which I think is in the same size class as your bodyguard and it does fine.

Ah, thanks for the post.

I ended up ordering the Galco, we'll see how it goes. I'll keep you posted.
