I have searched high and low for reloading data on the 50 AE I purchased the XTP Mag 500 S&W 350gr bullets. Their is plenty of data info on the 325gr. I reloaded with Hogdon H110 powder I used 31.0 grains of powder which is below the maximum powder load for the 325gr. On further research I am apprehensive on using these bullets. Does anyone know if this load is too hot for the 350gr???

I can't answer your question definitively. If I was to do that I would start maybe a few grains below Hodgdon's minimum for a 325gr bullet - and work up from there. YMMV.

I was at the range a couple of days ago with my 50AE DE - first time shooting some of Berry's plated 300gr over 31.5gr H110. I was pleasantly surprised, pretty accurate and the firearm cycled reliably. I have chrono'd 300gr Hornady's previously @ ~1250fps (iirc). The Berry's claim to be OK to 2000fps - these seem to be a viable, cost-effective (relatively) alternative to the standard jacket bullets.

Have you tried mocking up a cartridge yet?
A problem I had with heavies in the 50AE (not the XTP specifically, but a 350gr JHP)was that the profile of the bullet was such, that they could not be seated deep enough to work in the AE. They're fine in the 500 S&W though.
I ended up getting the 300gr XTPs for the AE.

If fine, just drop a grain from your charge, and work up like normal.
