Dick Special info?

Hi guys,

Picked up a Dick Special this weekend at the gun show. Very nice condition, bluing is fading on bottom of trigger guard but otherwise very nice. Extremely tight lockup.

It's Serial # is 968531.

Can anyone tell me DOB and what's it worth?

968531 was made in 1968.

The numbers that year started at 958500, and ended at 994999 by year's end.
These gun "should" have a "D" as a prefix to the serial number, but many didn't have the "D" stamped on.

Value depends entirely on actual condition.
