Did I do good? CZ 75B stainless.

Today bought a NIB CZ 75B satin Stainless with factory cocobolo grip panels, two 16 round mags and all factory stuff for $517.23 out the door. Was a gun he got on closeout the LGS said. I think I did pretty good. Looking forward to range time. Thoughts please? Don

Budsgunshop sells them for $ 650 nib so you did very good. They are the cat's meow of CZ 75.

I'll pick it up tomorrow at the LGS. When I saw the price tag, I asked him if it was nickel or stainless. He said "stainless". I said "are you sure??" He said "yeah, but let me check the box". Box says "SS". I said "since I'm such a good customer and have brought you a lot of business how much can you come off the tag?". "None" he said, "I can't get any more because it was a closeout". He still took off a couple percent. Since he owed me for a gun I sold through him, he just said he'd subtract the price of the 75B from what he owes me..... and wrote out a price of $517.23. I said I'd go home and think it over, which I did (for about 2 minutes) and let him know. Called him back and said to put my name on it, and I'll come get it tomorrow. Doing the happy dance here!!! Will post photos tomorrow. Those cocobolo grip panels are sure nice. Don

From what I read, little break-in is usually needed on the CZs because the factory cycles the assembled guns in an oil bath to smooth them up before cleaning and shipping. Don't know if it's true though. But I do read many many favorable reviews on the 75B that talk about fine accuracy, strong build, and the ability to digest just about an style 9mm slug. I do know this one has a fantastic natural feel in my hand though that I think will inspire confidence in my aim. Photos tomorrow I hope. Don

Stainless or nickel? Stainless, heck yeah. Nickel, not bad. Especially since I can't hardly find any 75B's or SP-01's anywhere in my area.

My 75B is the only gun I have ever regretted selling. No matter what you paid for it, it was worth it. Now, send it off to Ghost and get some work done on it to make it even better. With a couple adjustments and a couple different springs you'll be absolutely amazed at how accurate you really can be.

OK folks. Photos to show my new CZ75B satin stainless beauty. Yes, $517.23 OTD. I can honestly say I have never bought a gun I didn't want to personalize, but today I did. All I can say is I look forward to first range time.............Don
