Waiting for my Winchester M70 Featherweight in 30-06 to arrive and just ordered the Leupold double dovetail bases to mount a Leupold VX-2 3-9X40. I went with the 3-9X40, as opposed to the 2.5-8X36 because I really want a clean looking mount with nothing hanging over the ejection port or extended bases/rings. Should I have ordered the bases with the reversible front?
