What is the difference between the H&K P30 and the H&K P2000? :uhoh: The two firearms look really similiar. What are the pros and cons of each one. I would most likely use the firearm for concealed carry. I am favoring the H&K P2000SK (subcompact). Has anyone handled both? What do you think?

I looked on HKs site to compare the differences, from what I can tell theres not a lot diff.
The P30 has the "new craze" changeable grip panels and backstraps, the P2000 only has changeable backstraps.
The P30 uses Novak style sights.
The P30 has a slightly longer barrel, and 15rd capacity to the P2000 capacity of 13.
The P30 is a decocker, where the P2000 is available with or without decocker. That part gets kinda confusing without having handled the guns.
If your looking for a subcompact the SK seems to be about it. Im sure either would be a great choice. I was in a concealment class a few weeks ago, 2 students used HKs. One shot a P30 the other a P2000, the entire 2 day class was done from concealment, 1,000rnds fired and I didnt hear any probs(other than a pre-existing loose sight prob on the P2000) from either of them and they did really well.
