besides the stock? I was looking for the most accurate .22 rifle i could get for under $400, and everyone recommended either a cz 455 american, a marlin model 60, or a savage mkII BTV or BTVS. I decided on the Savage (probably, still open to suggestions) because it seemed about equal to the CZ in performance, was cheaper than the CZ, and didn't need to be modified, like the Marlin. I want the FV over the BTV because I like synthetic stocks over wood ones. Is there any difference between these except stock shape and material? Is one more accurate than the other? Also, what type of rail does this rifle use?
