Fella's;

I know that the GSG and the SIG 1911-22's are built by German Sport Guns (GSG) and are in essence the same gun. But, it's my understanding that there are detail differences between the two. What I'm trying to do here is get a good idea of just what those differences are.

I've been shown that the SIG will have nice wood grips, some small tools, and comes with three front sight blades. Does the GSG gun even have wood grips, or are they rubber, tools, and the ability to change P.O.I. with the front sight blades?

I bought my GSG a few years ago. It came with checkered wood grips and the sight blades. There may be other options available, maybe not. I have never seen a Sig so can't comment about them.
