Dillon 550B - Depriming pin broke!

Greetings,

I think something was cooking already in the oven with that pin. I already had some troubles.

Anyway, today, after a total of 867 rounds loaded only and having it for 2 weeks (Yes, I write everything down in a log), my depriming pin broke. It broke so bad that it is in 2 pieces stuck inside the 9mm brass case at the bottom.

Question: Is it under warranty and I just have to call Dillon and they will send me a replacement? I ordered through Brian Enos.

I'm sure they will make it right. I felt dumb, I bought six extras when I bought my press, they sat there like the Maytag repairman until after about 18K 9mm rounds I found a berdan primed one.

Call Dillon, they will send you some. Their customer service is the best in the industry.
